Introducing the Advil Pain Equity Project, a long-term initiative in partnership with Morehouse School of Medicine and BLKHLTH to combat systemic racial bias that has left the Black community feeling ignored when seeking pain care and treatment. The 'Believe My Pain' campaign is the first step in this project, which sheds light on the challenges Black patients face when dealing with pain bias by sharing their own experiences. As part of the campaign, a roundtable discussion series hosted by Elaine Welteroth and Uché Blackstock, MD brings together members of the Black community who have experienced pain bias firsthand to delve into the issue. www.believemypain.com
